The Dance-a-thon is on Friday. Thank you to those of you who are fundraising. This is the most important fundraiser of the year. The money goes to bringing in special presentations for the school and other things like that. An example is the Dufflebag Theater who preformed Beauty and the Beast this year. They are amazing and worth every penny.

ReplyDeleteCan a greater effort be made to book the special events to include the AM kids. Dufflebag Theatre would have been fun. I will bring this to the attention of school council tomorrow. Last year the AM kids also missed out on the group photo. Not a big deal unless you are 5 years old. This consideration only applies to the remainder of this year, but your consideration is appreciated.

It's a good point and I will speak to Mrs. Lee about it. I know that Mrs. Poole made great efforts to book things to try to keep things equal between morning and afternoon. I'm sure Mrs. Lee would be happy to do the same.
